Returns and exchange Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

At OVERTOP TECHNOLOGIES E.I.R.L., we strive for full customer satisfaction. Since our commercialization of technological equipment and licenses is carried out under a personalized assistance model and upon specific request, exchanges and returns are governed by the following rules.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Once payment is confirmed and the order is placed with the wholesaler, no cancellations or returns will be accepted due to customer error in product selection or changes of mind.
  • We highly recommend carefully verifying the technical specifications provided in the quotation before making the payment.

EXCHANGES FOR FACTORY DEFECTS

  • If the equipment presents a technical failure upon receipt or within the first 48 hours of delivery, the customer must report it immediately to ventas@overtop.pe.
  • In such cases, a “dead on arrival” (DOA) or factory defect exchange will be managed with the wholesaler and manufacturer, subject to technical validation by the brand’s Authorized Service Center.
  • The product must be returned with all its original packaging, manuals, security seals, and accessories, showing no signs of misuse.

RETURNS DUE TO DISPATCH ERROR

  • If the delivered product does not match the description in the accepted quotation and invoice, the customer has a period of 2 business days to request an exchange at no additional cost. OVERTOP TECHNOLOGIES will assume the logistical expenses for collection and redelivery.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

Exchanges or returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Software Licenses: Once the activation code or license key has been issued in the customer’s name, it is non-refundable.
  • Custom-to-Order Equipment (CTO): Hardware specifically configured under factory order.
  • Consulting Services: Once the execution of the IT advisory or implementation service has commenced.

REFUNDS

  • In the event that an exceptional return is approved by management, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
  • Credit card reversal timeframes depend exclusively on the customer’s issuing bank.
